My husband and I hired Mark to defend us and my brother in law on a anti harassment order filed against us by a neighbor. Mark did a wonderful job defending us and the order was dropped. I am very thankful Mark took our case he was very professional and explained everything in detail. Mark proved to the judge in court that we did nothing wrong. I will be using Mark again in the future and recommend him to anyone that needs help of an attorney.

He researched my case, found flaws in the amount of child support payments, researched German Laws, made recommendations to the local DA, got a request for arrest denied and stayed in contact with me over everything the state did or failed to do. Awesome job!

Neither myself or my friend had any idea how the products we wanted worked in the real world. Mark took the time to familiarize us with all aspects, and answered any questions we had. We will definitely be coming back for any civil legal advice we will need in the future!

Mark drafted the original complaint and was co-counsel of record for the marriage equality state court case that ultimately became the law in Kentucky: KEF v. Beshear, et al, Franklin County. That case was actually decided a couple of months before the final decision by SCOTUS settled the law. Guardianship and Elder Abuse cases were also covered in Mark’s solo practice.
