If there’s a case Mark will pursue it. Mark handled several elder abuse cases in his previous solo practice in KY; and, with regard to civil rights, Mark drafted the original complaint and was co-counsel of record for the marriage equality state court case that ultimately became the law in Kentucky: KEF v. Beshear, et al, Franklin County. And our case was actually decided a couple of months before the final decision by SCOTUS settled the law.
